Reader's Digest will award our municipal project which is renovation of our historic Court House located in the town square of Carthage $40,000 IF we get the most votes or CHEERS! on the above linked website. We are in the top 50 out of 5144 towns and trying to get to No. 1 and we need all the CHEERS (votes) we can get. We are currently in the top 0.97% of all entries. Please go to the link above and enter:
Carthage TN, 37030 and hit CHEER! On the next page it will ask for your name, address, e-mail, etc. because they are also giving away $35,000 to any individual's registration that is randomly drawn during the contest. On the next page there is a voting page. Click on CHEER! 10 times and it will give you 10 votes which is the daily limit. You can enter 10 times daily until February 7th.
